This policy applies to all searches, including background check and people search reports. Due to the current epidemic of identity theft and other financial fraud, we are implementing a new policy regarding the release of Social Security Numbers. If the SSN of a subject is provided with the order form the report will also include the SSN. However, if an order form does not contain the subject's SSN, all SSN information will be truncated. The last four digits of the subject's SSN will not be provided (e.g.: 123-45-XXXX).

Free Email Accounts

We are no longer able to accept orders from customers using free email services (Hotmail, Yahoo, C4.com, Juneau, etc.). We will only accept orders from traceable, verifiable email addresses.

The internet business community has been plagued with a rash of fraud involving the use of stolen credit cards. Most of these cases involve the use of free, untraceable email addresses.

Unfortunately, some innocent individuals will be negatively impacted by this policy. However, we believe most individuals have their own connection to the internet and should have an email account assigned to them by their internet service provider.
